Board Members

Dr. Nguyen (Founder) AKA “Win Win” was born in Saigon, Vietnam in 1973. He is a Root Canal Specialist and currently practices his specialty of Endodontics within the multi-specialty group practice, Polaris Dental Specialists. Read further about Win here.

Judy O’Neill is an educator at heart and by training. She currently serves as Consultant to the Deans and Emeritus Associate Dean at Willamette University’s Atkinson Graduate School of Management, in Salem, Oregon. Her career has included nine years of teaching at the high school and college level, and 36 years of serving colleges and students as a university enrollment management administrator. Judy has worked with students and colleagues from around the world, and holds three academic degrees: a BS and MS in Education, and an MBA.

Judy loves to play tennis.  She played tennis for fun in her younger years and taught tennis at the high school and college level. She has recently returned to tennis after a 35 year hiatus and is enjoying playing doubles with friends and participating in USTA league play. Other interests include gardening and taking art classes in drawing, watercolor painting and colored pencil. Judy’s overarching life view is to be of service.

Vi Han was born in Nha Trang, Vietnam.  As one of six siblings, Vi and his family emigrated to Oregon in the early 80’s.  He received his B.S. degree at Portland State University in Information Systems and Quantitative Analysis.  He is currently a Senior Business Analyst for XPO Logistics.

Brianna Felix was raised in Utah and is the eldest of three sisters. She has an eclectic mix of experience from customer service work to welding and enjoys volunteering for animal rescue. In addition to finding opportunities to learn in all situations, her formal education includes a BS in Business Management as well as an MBA from Concordia University in Portland, Oregon. Brianna currently lives in Salem, Oregon with her husband, nine snakes, and two cats.

Ricardo “Rick” Felix is a proud native of San Diego, California. Rick moved from California to the northwest to work on the shipyard for military contracts and currently works as a Class A CDL driver. He can be found hunting, camping, motorcycle riding, and enjoying his new found love for tennis. Rick lives in Salem, Oregon with his wife, snakes, and cats.
